Raimund Lainer

Head of HR-Development at SPAR AG

After completing my psychology degree, I began my career in social work, leading a therapeutic community for adolescents. This role allowed me to develop and implement individualized care plans, providing a supportive environment for young people in need.

Following this, I briefly worked as a junior consultant at a management consulting firm, focusing on process optimization. In 2002, I joined SPAR AG as a human resources developer.

Since 2008, I have been responsible for the corporate HR development of the company, overseeing HR initiatives for 90,000 employees.
