Skills4Retail Showcased at the 2025 Retail Learning Summit in Dublin
Empowering the Future of Retail Leadership Through Innovative Learning
On February 26th, 2025, the Retail Learning Summit returned to Dublin, bringing together a dynamic community of Retail Learning & Development Managers, HR professionals, and sector leaders at IBEC headquarters for a day of insights, collaboration, and strategic planning for the future of retail.
Hosted by Retail Ireland Skillnet, a key partner of the Skills4Retail project, the summit offered participants a front-row seat to the latest thinking in talent development, workforce resilience, and leadership in the retail industry.
A Spotlight on Skills4Retail
As part of the packed agenda, the Skills4Retail programme was proudly showcased to attendees. Developed in partnership with leading organisations across Europe, including Skillnet Ireland → Meet the partner, Skills4Retail aims to upskill and future-proof the retail and wholesale workforce through high-impact training opportunities.
During the session, four of the project’s key modules were highlighted:

Driving Forward Talent Development in Retail
The Retail Learning Summit proved once again to be an invaluable platform for networking, peer learning, and exploring innovative approaches to talent development. Participants engaged in interactive discussions and exchanged actionable strategies for building resilient, high-performing retail teams.
