JA Czech is a non-profit educational organisation founded by Mr. Tomáš Baťa, which has been implementing a comprehensive concept of business education in Czech schools since 1992. It shapes the entrepreneurial thinking and financial literacy of young people, connects them with people from practice and helps to start their successful professional careers.
We would like to share our experience from the Czech Republic perspective. As the organisation aimed on improving skills and business knowledge of students and schools we would like to spread awareness of the Program Skills4Retail into the public sphere by cooperating with officials and relevant institutions. Our partners will give us useful feedback based on their experience by sharing their opinions, suggestions or some other form of criticism.
Cooperating with other institutions should lead into the creation of a unique program which will help high schools and their students to gain valuable knowledge. Through learning how significant the area of Retail Trade, students will be empowered and motivated to improve their skills they need to learn to become successful.
