Junior Achievement Ireland inspires young minds and builds a brighter future for the next generation.

Junior Achievement Ireland prepares young people for their futures with hands-on, experiential learning in entrepreneurship, employability, financial literacy and the value of STEM. We work directly with young people, schools and the business community to help build a successful and sustainable future.

Our mission

We’re helping young people realise their potential in order to empower a generation to learn, to work and to live.

JAI’s mission is to address the skills needs of the Irish retail sector and provide opportunities for all in the retail sphere. We want the upcoming generation of young people to be equipped with the skillsets they need to thrive in the retail sector, building lasting sustainable careers.
