Creating new occupational profiles and an analysis of critical skills training gaps, as well as a retail skills strategy that explains the problems S4R aims to solve, the proposed solutions and how they will benefit users.

Developing the business model, growth strategy and implementation plan for S4R to ensure there is a clear path to scalability and sustainability.
