JA Czech presented Skills4Retail at Retail Summit Czech Republic 2026

JA Czech recently took part in Retail Summit Czech Republic 2026, one of the most important annual gatherings for professionals and stakeholders across the retail sector. The summit brought together industry leaders, experts and innovators, offering a rich programme full of new insights, trends and discussions about the future of retail. It provided a valuable platform for sharing knowledge, exploring emerging developments and strengthening collaboration within the sector.

The summit is one of the largest business conference in Central Europe focused on retail, attracting more than a thousand participants each year. The 2026 edition explored themes including collaboration across the retail ecosystem, sustainability, innovation and the smarter use of technology. Taking place between 10 and 12 March, the topic for this year was Healthy Relationships.

During the event, JA Czech presented the Skills4Retail project, highlighting its implementation and progress in the Czech Republic. The presentation focused on how the project contributes to developing key skills and competences relevant to the rapidly evolving retail environment. By engaging with retail professionals and partners at the summit, JA Czech also emphasised the importance of connecting education with industry needs to better prepare young people for future careers in retail.
