Courses: Reactive Training Programme

The Skills4Retail project is dedicated to fast-tracking the ‘Triple Transition’ of Green, Digital, and Resilience in the retail sector. Our goal is to equip existing retailers with the necessary skills to embrace e-commerce and ensure their new business models are sustainable from the start. Funded by the European Commission’s Erasmus+ and Partnerships For Innovation, this project aims to address the urgent and emerging skills needs of retailers.

What is the Reactive Training Programme?

The Reactive Training Programme is an innovative initiative designed to support the upskilling and reskilling of individuals in the retail sector. Developed in collaboration with industry experts and educational institutions across Europe, the programme aims to equip learners with the essential competencies needed to navigate the evolving retail landscape.

The Reactive Training Programme offers specially designed short-term courses for new employees and existing retail workforce. These courses focus on immediate skill requirements and aim to enhance competencies in various key areas essential for modern retail.

These courses are now available for free download, providing individuals, and organizations with high-quality learning materials. Designed for flexibility, the content supports self-paced learning while ensuring practical application in real-world retail settings.
