As part of the Skills4Retail project, we are excited to offer a range of specialized training courses designed to fast-track the ‘Triple Transition’ of Green, Digital, and Resilience in the retail sector. These trainings are tailored to meet the needs of both new employees and the existing workforce in Austria’s retail industry.

In Austria, the Skills4Retail project collaborates with WIFI International to offer the following courses:

Digital Skills for Retail

Embark on a transformative journey into digital marketing tailored specifically for the retail sector with our Digital Skills for Retail course, proudly presented by WIFI International.

This dynamic program is designed to equip individuals within the retail sector with fundamental and comprehensive knowledge in digital marketing. Through a thorough curriculum, you will explore all essential areas of digital marketing, focusing on the practical application of the conveyed knowledge in real-world scenarios.

Participants will have the opportunity to test their acquired knowledge through practical exercises in a workshop setting.

Additionally, you will deepen your digital skills by completing a brief final project on a topic of your choice, which you can directly apply in your professional life.

This course will start in October.

Resilient Retailing

Join our practical course, offered by WIFI International, focusing on complaint management in retail and enhancing skills in customer communication and interaction.

This engaging program will provide participants with the theoretical foundations of complaint management in retail and customer-oriented communication during complaints and claims.

Participants will learn how to actively listen, show empathy, and connect with customers on an emotional level. You will gain insights into identifying the core issues of customer complaints, collaboratively analyzing them, and finding mutually satisfactory solutions.
Through real-world examples from leading retailers, both global giants and local champions, you will gain practical insights into successful complaint management strategies and customer communication practices. By the end of the course, you will have a profound understanding of the critical role these skills play in the retail landscape.
The course will start in September.
