The programme is designed to support both new and current employees in enhancing their skills and confidence in the evolving retail landscape.

Pathway 3: Professionals – Experts responsible for workforce development and training
Through these pathways, Skills4Retail aims to prepare a minimum of 800 students and professionals for various roles within the retail ecosystem starting from the next academic year.
