We are interested in joining the pledge because, as a VET high school already involved in this programme, we see it as essential to actively contribute to the development and implementation of a relevant and up-to-date Skills Strategy. We aim to support the development and further expansion of the Skills Strategy together with sector stakeholders, ensuring that VET provision responds to the real and evolving needs of the retail sector.
We are particularly committed to supporting the implementation of training programmes and job placements, by equipping our learners with practical, market-relevant skills that increase their employability. In addition, we are interested in supporting the EU rollout of the ready-to-use VET Training Package by integrating these resources into our curriculum and adapting them to the local context.
