Junior Achievement Ireland prepares young people for their futures with hands-on, experiential learning in entrepreneurship, employability, financial literacy and the value of STEM. We work directly with young people, schools and the business community to help build a successful and sustainable future.
JAI is involved in 5 of the 6 Skills4Retail work packages. As a member of JA Europe, JAI will work closely with Irish Consortium partners to provide project management and programme launch assistance. JAI will work within work packages 3 and 4 to develop and disseminate an innovative, learning outcome-oriented, modular VET programme along with an urgent upskilling training programme.
JAI’s mission is to address the skills needs of the Irish retail sector and provide opportunities for all in the retail sphere. We want the upcoming generation of young people to be equipped with the skillsets they need to thrive in the retail sector, building lasting sustainable careers.
